1885 Children Tobogganing Canada - Antique Print By Lorne - Canadian Winter Scene Victorian Sledding Snow Landscape - 10 x 7 in
Antique wood engraving depicting children tobogganing down a snow-covered hill in Canada. From Canadian Pictures by the Marquis of Lorne, published 1885. Page measures 10 × 7 in.
Fine black-and-white engraving with dense crosshatching throughout, capturing snow-laden conifers and bare deciduous trees framing the slope. Four children descend on a toboggan in Victorian winter dress; a fifth sledder follows on a separate sled. Caption reads "Children Tobogganing" below the image plate.
Great for Canadian history enthusiasts, Victorian childhood collectors, and winter landscape décor.
